How to download:
To download the FREE software click on the big " Free Casino Download "button in the top right hand corner of your screen.
A page will appear giving you the option to either " Run, Save or Cancel" simply click the "Run" Button. Then download will begin
How to install:
Once you are done with the download you will have to install the software, you need to stay connected to the Internet.
A dialog box will then appear stating "Initializing Wise Installation Wizard"
Another box called will appear saying "Install Wizard", this is a step by step guide that guides you through the installation process.
You will hit the "Next" button four times, and then click "Finish".
Another dialog box will then appear showing the percentage% progress of your installation.
Yet another box will appear telling you that the casino has been successfully installed. Simply click "OK".
The software then launch's automatically. You can then register an account with Casino Silversands.
To open your account:
While the software launches the "Online Registration Wizard" appears.
You have the option of opening a REAL account which means you play for real money or a GUEST account which means you play for fun.
After selecting your option, you will then have to fill in the online questionnaire.
After completing the questionnaire a "Registration Complete" box appears which gives you your account number and password, which is to be kept in a SAFE place!
Making a purchase:
Select the "Real" account option, then make a purchase to continue.
A dialog box will come up saying, "You currently have no credits to play with. Would you like to go to banking to purchase credits?". You select the "Yes" option.
You will then come to the "Banking Menu".
Here in the "Banking Menu" choose "Add credit card/firepay/Neteller etc".
You have to then fill in the "Personal Billing Details".
After completing that, yet another box will appear telling you "Your card has been successfully registered at the Casino", Your card limit will be shown.
Click the arrow to the left of your card number and choose the exact amount you wish to purchase.
Confirm your purchase by choosing Yes or No
A box will then tell you "Please wait…purchase pending", then an "Online Banking Box" comes up saying "Your purchase has been approved "
Now you can go out of banking and return to the casino and start playing..... Have fun and Good Luck!
How to play:
When you are ready to begin play, head to the casino menu and click on a game of your choice.
A dialog box called "Starting Module" appears, showing the progress of the casino game’s download.
If its your first time opening the software you will see that below each game button the text "CLICK TO DOWNLOAD" can be seen. When you click the button the game will start to download.
While you are busy playing the game you selected, all the rest of the games will start downloading in the background. So when you exit the game you are busy with, all the other games will have finished downloading.
How to log on:
The software is stored on your desktop.
When you want to play simply click on the Icon to start your play.
The software will then launch and a box with the Casino’s logo will appear informing you "Loading software" .
The Casino Silversands menu will appear, click on the "CONNECT" button and enter your account number as well as password.
To cash-in:
Head to the "Banking Menu" by choosing the "Bank" button.
Choose the "Cash-in" option.
Choose the amount you desire.
Confirm your amount by selecting "Yes" or "No".
You will be notified that your cash-in is being processed.
NB: Your cash-in will be transferred to a pending period of up to 24 to 48 hours. Now that depends on the casino, in this period you may reverse your cash-in for future play and you don't have to purchase more credits. To do this click on the "Reverse cash In" button in the banking menu.
